FAQs
When can my child join the program?
Your child can join anytime and start learning. He/ she will not miss out on anything because each session is independent and we explore each theme across 8-10 sessions.
Can I change the batch after joining?
Yes you can, as long as there are seats available in the other batches.
Will my child do an experiment or is it going to be a demonstration?
Your child will do the experiment on their own during the Zoom sessions as we guide him/her.
Would we have to purchase materials every week?
No. 80% of materials will be easily found in the house or at the local grocery store. The remaining 20% will be sent to you as part of a starter kit after a confirmation of your subscription to the program (after the trial session).
How will we know what materials to get?
The list of materials required for a session will be shared a week in advance on the STEMonsters account.
Would the child require adult supervision during the sessions?
No. All experiments have been designed to be completely child-safe, by our expert team under the supervision of our founder who has been a global scientist herself.
If cancelled due to any circumstances, will I get a refund? What if we cancel?
If a session is cancelled by us, there will be a compensatory session. If your child misses a session, there will be no refund. But, we will try our best to accommodate him/her in another batch to perform the theme covered in the missed-out session (where possible).
My child is very shy. Will he/ she be comfortable in a batch setting?
One of our aims is to nurture each child into a confident learner. The batch sizes are small and designed in a way that encourages every child to open up. Just give them some time and they will surprise you!
