If air moves from high to low pressure regions, is this what leads to cyclones and tornadoes?

The relationship between air pressure differences and how it affects movement of air (pressure fronts) is what defines the entire weather system of our planet.

But, we don’t start with facts right away, irrespective of how well known they are. We explore the movement of air under different conditions through experiments first, make observations and eventually, the children figure out the connection themselves! Classic example of curiosity-driven learning ?
